"The hotel has been extended and the reason is clear, very warm, cosy and modern interior with polite staff (mostly women) who tend to your every need. The bar and restaurant are satisfactory for week long stays. Affordable and delicious! The rooms are modern and spacious with beautiful views and its a short taxi ride to the two closest times and the port. Would reccomend highly "

"My instructor didn't stay due to unforeseen last minute problems. We tried to change the booking for five days later and Hotels.com were very helpful but the hotel refused as I hadn't taken out the cancellation option. I had hoped that, as my company often uses the hotel, they would be understanding but they were very short-sighted and were extremely corporative. We were told that we should have booked with them direct and not through Hotels.com. We will be going to Europoort many times in the future but will NEVER use this hotel again. Their loss, not ours! "Nice hotel and friendly despite it's quite large size. Reception staff were very courteous and the restaurant and bar staff very friendly. Room was a decent size as was the bathroom. Breakfast was very expensive however."
