A recepção do hotel é impecável. Funcionários qualificados, principalmente a camareira Jeyza e a atendente Luiza. Pontos negativos do hotel que me hospedei pela 4ª vez: secador na tomada 110 não funciona. Chuveiro tem que esperar algum tempo para esquentar. E aconteceu de eu tomar banho frio. Acho que o hotel precisa rever o mobiliário que está bem estragado, bem como lâmpadas, espelhos e principalmente os colchões que estão muito velhos.

Hotel razoável

Estadia razoável. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a praia de ponta negra e restaurantes. Porem o que deixa a desejar é o conforto do quarto. As condições da cama e colchão não estavam boas, cortina que não tampa claridade do quarto e o hotel compartilha rede de internet com o rifoles, o hotel em frente ao pontalmar que é do mesmo grupo, entao a conexão é pessima.

Razoável. Os quartos são grandes, mas com estrutura bem velha. A água nem sempre estava quente e o cobertor tinha cheiro estranho. Café da manhã muito bom. E a localização muito perto da praia.

Ótimos funcionários, falta estrutura

Pontos positivos: localidade, atendimento (funcionários muitos prestativos e cordiais), café da manhã com muitas opções e com horário muito bom. Pontos negativos: estrutura do hotel velha, chega a chover perto da recepção, cheiro muito forte de morfo (sofro com alergia e tive que dormir com ar ligado e a porta do fundo aberta). Ar condicionado bem velho e que começa a pingar dependendo do tempo de uso.

Muito boa estadia

Hotel bom, estrutura boa, piscina ótima e vista maravilhosa, ótimo atendimento, excelente café da manhã. Algumas partes do hotel estão mal cuidadas, paredes estufadas e descascando e coisas assim. Banheiro estava um pouco entupido. Mas no geral a estadia foi muito boa e voltaríamos com certeza. Bem localizado, ao lado de um mercado e podendo ir a pé até a avenida principal com os melhores restaurantes.

Hotel antigo, sem manutenção. Paredes mofadas, janelas sujas, piscina pequena e área também mal cuidada. Falta espaço e cadeiras. O ponto positivo, como q grande maioria dos locais em Natal, é a simpatia das equipes de atendimento. Obs.: no segundo dia solicitamos nossa mudança para o hotel da frente, pertencente ao mesmo grupo. Rifóles, também carece de manutenção e limpeza, porém tem uma estrutura melhor de piscinas.

Infelizmente não conseguimos nos hospedar no hotel pontalmar, mesmo com reserva, não tinha quarto disponível. Como é possível? Então quando reservamos não é garantido? Nos enviaram para outro hotel da mesma rede (Rifoles). Não gostamos do Rifoles, muito estranho, escuro, móveis velhos, ar condicionado sujo, banheiro sujo, ficamos num quarto luxo (conforme o gerente) eu diria que está longe de ser luxo. Tava mais para um quarto muito simples, bem inferior. E agora?? Alguém vai se responsabilizar??

Não indico o hotel, minha vontade foi de ir embora logo que chegamos. Muito cheiro de mofo no quarto, lençóis velhos e manchados. Tenho alergia a mofo e pedi para trocarmos de quarto diversas vezes e ninguém resolveu nossa situação. Noites muito mal dormidas. Cama péssima, colchao velho e desgastado. A área da piscina extremamente velha e sem manutenção/reforma, não condiz com as fotos. Único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã. Não sou de ficar deixando comentários, mas este hotel foi um experiência horrível.

Atendimento na recepção e no restaurante (café da manhã) excelente. No bar durante a manhã, também. Muito atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento do bar da piscina a noite, péssimo - barman muito grosseiro. Valores do Menu exorbitantes e ainda tem acréscimo de 10%. Tem opção de copa baby. Cada utilização custa R$ 3,00. Quem vai com bebê, mesmo que seja apenas para aquecer a água no microondas, cada ida, um custo.

Hotel com infraestrutura antiga e mau manutenida. Infelizmente das 5 diárias previstas foi possível desfrutar apenas de 1 diária. Ao entrar no hotel você é recepcionado por funcionários super educados e por um incrível e insuportável cheiro de mofo proveniente. Após a excelente acolhida por parte dos funcionários, fomos encaminhados para um quarto sujo, cheio de mofo na mobília e na decoração. O ar condicionado (ar condicionado central) antigo, extremamente sujo e com mofo fez com que fosse impossível permanecer no quarto. Solicitamos a troca do quarto 2X. No entanto, as condições eram as mesmas. Na primeira (e única) noite dormimos com a porta da varanda aberta pois seria impossível respirar com o ar condicionado ligado. Portanto, no dia seguinte solicitamos o cancelamento das diárias restantes o que foi prontamente atendido pelos colaboradores. De modo geral o hotel deixa a desejar no quesito manutenção. A piscina com bordas sujas, sistema de ar condicionado com péssima qualidade do ar (inclusive insalubre), elevadores indicando falta de manutenção, motores externos do sistema de ar condicionado com ruídos altíssimos. Enfim, a única coisa boa nesse local são as fotos e as pessoas que lá trabalham.

O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, porém antiga, os quartos tem cheiro semelhante a mofo, colchão mole. Atendimento bem satisfatório, funcionários solícitos, localização muito boa, fácil acesso! Supermercado 24 hs bem na esquina! Café da manhã ok.
