Good option in Natal

We stayed there twice. Fist time 4 nights- 1st floor area D. I Didn’t like that area. Close to the kitchen so it was a little warm and smelly. Not in the room though. Good food. Good service. Second time, 1st floor area B. Soo much better. It’s a beautiful hotel.

Excellent stay on Júnior Suite sea front. Room perfect. Amenities top. Overall service excellent except on restaurant from 3rd floor where the services could be faster but Mary is someone very helpful and kind so being on vacation the waiting time was not too much a disappointment .

Thanks to Cicero, we had a great stay at this hotel. He helped us to resolve an issue we had with a room. And after that we could only concentrate on enjoying the beach and all attractions hotel had to offer

For the price I definitely expected more, especially when it comes to the food. Breakfast was great (we had the more private breakfast because we payed more for a suite so maybe that influenced that result) but lunch and dinner were par to sub-par in my opinion. A lot of the buffet foods were way overcooked and semi flavorless. When you're spending so much money to have full meal services and you eat food that isn't as good as what you make at home that was for sure disappointing. ... Location and convenience was great, especially with two little kids, but I think I would have enjoyed it more in a hotel that would give a little more effort.

I was probably the only American at the property at the time but I was definitely the only person of color there. The staff was great to me and made me feel welcome. The bar staff was really great! The bartender Robson was super! He made the best cocktails! Overall my stay was outstanding. The food was always good and the drinks were always right!

Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

The property is well located with a great view. However, at arrival, I found out the two rooms were not placed together as requested during the reservation. Hotel staff had to fix the rooms locations, but took 4 hours to get it resolved. Área where rooms were located was under renovation and one of the rooms had no hot water in the showers and the other room had a cracked window and poorly maintained window.

Good - but not amazing

The hotel is nice, but we would have expected more from a 5-star resort. Our room was large, but rather worn. There was a strange smell from the cupboards so we did not put our clothes there. Also the bathroom was average - even the toilet was somewhat loose from the wall. The room safe did not work. No coffee makers in the rooms. If you don’t speak Portuguese be prepared to use google translate - a LOT. Our daughter had been looking forward to using the kids club but this was impossible as no one spoke English. Not a single person working with the kids knew the slightest English. Even some of the receptionists struggled with English so our bookings for dinner for example was mixed up and had to be rescheduled. Hardly anyone in the restaurants / bars spoke any English whatsoever. I find it strange that at a 5-star family resort of this size that English was such an issue. Other than that - pool area was nice and it was good being able to order drinks and snacks by the pool. Although a menu was necessary to point to what we wanted to order.

Perfeito

Ambiente excepcional, aconchegante, de fato 5 estrelas. Quarto impecável, comida inesquecível. Variedade da comida é sensacional. A massagista, fico até sem palavras, mãos de fada. Os garçons e recepcionistas com certeza muito bem treinados. Todos muito receptivos e prestativos. Me senti num paraíso. Única coisa que eu mudaria é quanto ao tempo de entrega do serviço na praia, demora um pouco. Os baristas são excepcionais. Na minha lua de mel certeza que o SEHRS será uma opção. Lugar que dá pra perceber que foi pensado nos mínimos detalhes.

Se melhorar a comida fica perfeito!

Atendimento excelente, estrutura otima, comida achei que podem melhorar bastante pelo nível do hotel e valores cobrados nos 5 restaurantes... mas nao tirou o brilho do local, ficaria novamente e recomendarei aos amigos quando perguntarem. O cafe da manha é espetacular!

Hotel ok - Bedienung an der Bar am Eingang schlech

Die Reception war hervorragend. Ebenalls gut war der Service im Aussenrestaurant. Der Service an der Bar war ungenügend (vis a vis Reception) Zimmer und Sauberkeit ok.
