The beach and the pool were nice although the pool water was not clean. The property is just average. The rooms are really outdated. It was reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience.

Muito ruim, não vale a experiência, parece ser um bom custo benefício, mas vc vai se aborrecer, melhor pagar um pouquinho mais e não ter essa experiência. Hotel tem muitos problemas de manutenção, fios visiveis pelos corredores, brinquedos infantis quebrados, moveis deteriorando no quarto. Só 8 boias tipo macarrão na piscina. O café desorganizado e supercheio. Mas o pior foi na recepção, vi o atendente tratando muito mal o hóspede. O atendente esta errado, e não pediu nem desculpas pelo erro, deixou a família muito nervosa e ainda mandou o hóspede se controlar. Situação horrivel, nunca vi isso numa recepção de hotel. Definitivamente não retorno e não recomendo.

Os colaboradores da recepção soa muito educados e prestativos , o café da manhã é simples mas bem gostoso . O hotel precisa de reformas está muito antigo e ultrapassado. O bar da piscina é terceirizado, não recomendo , eles tem cardápio por QR Code , aí você faz o pedido e um valor , e depois eles falam outro e o que você pediu no cardápio simplesmente some , fora que eles são super mau educados , não recomendo .

Em primeiro lugar o café da manhã achamos fraco para o valor da diária, não tinha muitas opções, teve momentos que até ovos mexidos levaram quase 25 minutos para repor! As toalhas de banho eram muito fracas para o nível que o hotel propõe ser! Também o aspecto de higienização das toalhas, não pareciam serem bem lavadas. Passei quatro diárias, o hotel não teve capacidade de trocar os lençóis que cobriam a cama mesmo melados de sangue de muriçoca! A higienização do banheiro também achamos fraca, aspecto de que não tinha sido realizado a limpeza do WC! Para completar tinha um vazamento no banheiro que abrimos um chamado para consertar pois alagava o piso do WC de água ao ponto de invadir o quarto, porém não resolveram e nem deram a solução para a gente! A piscina do hotel estava suja, chegamos numa quarta feira, essa piscina só foi ser limpa como manda o figurino no domingo! Para nós dois, foi dinheiro jogado fora, Hotel com diária pomposa, porém perdendo para seus concorrentes!

Hotel de frente pro mar, ótima vista, quarto com cama confortável, primeiro hotel que vou e consigo dormir bem 😅. Porém a tarde e noite venda bastante, e a piscina não é aquecida, sempre muito gelada a água, então fica um pouco ruim de aproveitar a piscina. Também não tem elevador, e fiquei no andar de cima, mas não me atrapalhou em nada. Não tomei banho no mar, pois é um pouco violenta as ondas. 😬 Os preços dos pratos são altíssimo (pro meu bolso), então não consumi nada no local.

Quarto limpo, demora pro checkinn e fila , chefe da recepção de reservas pouco simpatico, academia uma vergonha(so tem uma esteira e uma bike velha), não tem segurança no acesso a praia( entra e sai qualquer pessoa), apesar de eu ter informado que tinha feito 7horas de viagem de carro e queria um quarto silencioso, me colocaram num quarto de frente pra piscina infantil e o “chefe” da hospedagem se recusou a me trocar de quarto mesmo apos um atendente ter me dito q teria disponibilidade para trocar.pedi um cobertor que nao foi entregue, restaurante pequeno e cheio, fila pra se servir.apenas a vista do quarto não deixa a desejar.
