Foi a pior estadia da minha vida. Check in : pessimo, funcionarios com ma vontade. Chegamos no 1 dia pra tomar banho, ralo entupido. Comida: ruim, sem nenhuma variedade,por diversos dias nao almocei nem jantei pq passei mal por uns 3 dias por conta da comida.NAO TEM VARIEDADE, todo dia a mesma coisa. Restaurante e outros locais de comer sempre com mesas sujas. Nao tem funcionários suficientes. Apenas 1 funcionario pra limpar as mesas, por divs vezes nao tinha onde sentar pra comer. Se voce quiser pegar um lugar na pisicina madrugue. Tinhamos que acordar 5:30 da manha pra conseguir um lugar,pois no inicio ficamos sem ter lugar descente pra ficar. Piscinas sujas, se sao limpas, sao muito mal limpas, dava ate nojo de entrar. Atendimento no bar prox piscina sao pessimos, funcionários mal humorados, te atendem com extrema ma vontade.Fechamos estadia pr 7 dias , no 3o ja queriamos ir embora. Na noite de Natal, nao conseguimos comer, simplesmente nao tinha mesa, tinha uma fila enorme pra se servir, desistimos e fomos pro quarto. Sem contar o cardapio que era ridiculo pra ser uma ceia. Em nada se parecia com uma. Nao tem equipe de recreacao. Tem alguns "recreadores" que voce nem os ve durante o dia. Foi uma decepcao, meu filho que tem 17 anos ficou conosco tempo todo pq nao tinha atividades. Enfim se estiver procurando um "resort" pague um pouco mais caro e va a um que realmente preste, pq aqui diz que sao 4 estrelas, mas pra mim esta muito longe de 4 estrelas.

Por conta da falta de "Verde": decepcionante.

Há uma grande e notável deficiência de verde ( plantas ). A localidade é praticamente na sua quase totalidade desprovida de áreas com plantas; há muito que melhorar nesse aspecto, muito mesmo. Áreas externas de puro cimento; sem vida.

Melhor do que esperávamos! Ambiente sempre limpo. Tudo muito bem arejado. Comida bem preparada, com bons ingredientes e bastante variedades no cardápio e nos bares. Cerveja gelada. O atendimento foi excelente do início ao fim. Tanto na recepção, quanto no serviço diário de atendimento. Sugestão: servir água de coco in natura.

Uma boa estadia

O quarto que fiquei era espaço e confortável, contudo não gostei do layout do banheiro. O banheiro não era pequeno, porem a porta do banheiro ao ser aberta ficava em frente box, dai atravalha o toalha do piso. As refeições eram gostosas e fartas. Não consegui usar a esteira da academia, durante a minha estadia choveu, e as esteiras ficam proximas a entrada da sala, e entra agua na sala e as tomadas das esteiras são no chão. Por risco de choque elétrico, as esteiras foram interditadas. Na minha opinião o hotel deveria rever a posição das esteiras ou melhorar o escoamento da agua na chuva naquela sala, para que o hospede não fique privado de utilizar o aparelho.

Resort bem limpo, e com instalações novas, bom atendimento, bebida boa e variada, praia muito forte quase ninguém se aventura no mar, e com certeza o ponto fraco do Costeira é a alimentação, não surpriende em nada, pouco variedade, repete o cardápio durantes os dias, simples e não no sentido bom de comida caseira mas no sentido de não ter nada diferente.
