Clean and perfect location. Parking was good and a decent value which helped with decision to stay at Kasa. Like the code vs a key. Kitchen was nice like a home but didnt use much of it. Instructions were thorough and completely accurate. Would stay here again.

The parking pass was in the room which wasn’t apparent causing me to ask the front desk. Otherwise check in and check out was brilliant. The room was great other than the very loud HVAC unit that we finally had to turn off to sleep

Great location for Downtown Nashville, shortish walk but away from the noise. The decor was a bit industrial and grey. But plenty of room and a well-appointed kitchen, including a kettle and toaster. The check-in/checkout process is a bit of a faff if you need to use the parking across the road. The parking itself is fine.

Conveniently located to downtown but quiet and out of the chaos. Code to get into building AND individual room. Felt secure despite no lobby staff. Requests for more towels were answered timely and they we super accommodating with dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer/dryer, iron, makeup remover wipes, trash bags etc. We felt like we had everything we needed. Definitely great value compared to other basic standard hotel rooms.
