I booked this hotel for its location. My daughter and I were going to a concert at the Bridgestone Arena and this hotel is a block away! It is within walking distance to so much! The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself was clean and everything we needed for our short stay.

We didn’t get any towel or room change/ cleaning which was odd, as we did not put the sign on the door and left towels on the floor. But aside from that, no complaints at all! Lovely place and staff was helpful and efficient.
