Been staying here whenever I fly, probably a dozen times. But now they decided to charge $20 for parking and I am done with them. There is an $18 "destination" junk fee too. You go from Expedia's room price of $105 to $180 with taxes and $38 of junk fees. They need to get back to being up front and honest before I will ever be back.

This is a beautiful hotel and close to the airport. I enjoyed the restaurant and the pool. Due to a last minute change in plans, i had to do laundry and the washers and dryers were nice (and free).

Everything was perfect at this property, it was extremely nice,clean,and quiet. We rented a parking space on there lot for a week was shuttled to airport next morning.Upon returning from trip we called they said shuttle would be there in 5 minutes by the time we walked out of airport it was there that is great service 5 Stars all the way

The staff didn’t really seem to care about the condition of my room. They fixed my electric issues swiftly but non of the cleanliness problems. The toilet was leaking, also our mirror and faucet were dirty upon arrival. The valance above the bathroom sliding door was broken as well as the toilet paper holder. The top of the toilet lid had some black gunk all the way around it. Then the last night we stayed there was literally water dripping out of the ceiling tiles into the shower at 3am. We stayed in a basement room which I actually really liked since we had a little patio right by the pool. The overall stay was good but I picked this hotel due to its great reviews so I definitely felt like they shouldn’t have had these problems. If Sonesta reaches out I would be happy to provide pictures. I have booked better stays through Expedia that have lower ratings than this hotel.

Nice property for the price. I don’t understand the trend of using a barn door for the bathrooms. Looks cool and hip but is impractical.
