"This hotel was fantastic! We stayed here as part of our trip around Japan for our honeymoon. The hotel have a regular shuttle bus which takes you from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel which is fantastic as we arrived during a horrible storm. Once we did, check in was smooth and the storm cleared to give us one lf the most breathtaking views of Mt Fuji we have ever ever seen. We will never forget it. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortably and the staff are very very helpful and friendly. We will be back! "

While there is no convenience stores nearby, the property is located right beside the ropeway and pirate ship - good for those who are planning to check out these attractions. Room was clean"
