This wonderful destination made travelling through hail storms and terrible roads from Rishikesh a small price to pay. Every element from The beautiful architecture of the property, the stunning landscape to the legendary Taj service was simply perfect.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect location. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant. However, there was some confusion regarding my room booking, and I was asked to pay an additional amount despite already having made the payment. Apart from these issues, the hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel stay was amazing. Pool was good. Kids playing areas was good, food was good with variety and on the fly demands if you opted for buffet. The staff was welcoming

Very well-maintained heritage property at Kanatal. Nice rooms, I had an open terrace with a seating area that was my work station. The only issue was WiFi was not accessible in the rooms properly. These small improvements can make this property even better.

The location is good. It is close to ghat. U can do morning ganga snan at ghat and then have some food around ghar cafes at start of the day. Old city area so u can’t expect view but roof will offer maa ganga view.

We stayed at the hotel recently in the Deluxe Room. The room was facing the Ganges and was beautiful. Since we had seen the reviews and booked the hotel online, we were not sure what to expect.. and once we reached there, there was truck getting repaired nearby and we were first taken aback by the first impression we had..as the photographs provide large than life expectations.. but once we had parked and moved inside we were totally satisfied. Hidden gem, walking distance from the station, beautiful old furniture, rustic, authentic, romantic, great value.

I visited with my family with 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Though property is not on mall road, it is self contained - be it valley views or Mussorie view or lot of games for your family and kids to enjoy or the heated pool. Highly recommended.
