Spacious room with hot tub in bedroom. Good location for walking into town. Would highly recommend it.

Comfortable bed and great location. We had a great stay.

We were on the top floor which spanned from rear to front of the property with a fabulous sea view - I can highly recommend the slightly more expensive room in this regard. The room is very spacious and novel to have a hot tub in the room too. I don't like to detract from such a good stay, but the hot tub jets are not that powerful, so if you are used to a jacuzzi, you might find it more like a hot bath with moving water! Kitchen had nice touches with Milo (Nesquik), good tea and instant coffee...

Loved the location - view of the ocean, lots of lovely cafes nearby, right by the beach. We were in room 1, which was on the end downstairs and nice and quiet. Decent-sized, clean rooms. Loved the walk-in shower! The room had cutlery, utensils, crockery and microwave which was handy. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking. Bar and restaurant onsite so option for room service too. Would happily return!

Short 1night stay for early morning flight to Auckland. So my comments can only be brief. All in all pleasant stay and excellent customer service from the Reception - young lady very helpful with my requests. Will surely stay again when I return to Napier for a visit.

Very nice apartment with good kitchen and washing & tumble drier. Comfortable bed and good bathroom with bath & shower.

The room was fabulous, staff really helpful, location was amazing, we had a jacuzzi in our room - perfect end to our day.

Room was modern and clean and Apartments are located in a nicer part of Napier. Super friendly staff and on site parking / cafe

Helpful staff, via messaging / whatsapp. Clean tidy room. Fab views of crashing waves as next to sea front. 3rd floor but lift to use. Saturdays after 2pm and all day Sunday is FREE parking on front, which saves $$ on parking fees. Right in centre of Napier. Some loud folk at 2am outside, but closed window and it was better. Highly recommend and would stay agsin.

Spacious room, friendly staff

Our stay at this hotel was very positive because of the following: Great communication and seamless check in. We needed parking as well and this was arranged easily for us. The room was very spacious with comfortable bed and everything you needed for a good night stay. We also got to try the breakfast which was plentiful and very tasty. Should you are visiting Napier,this hotel is definitely worth to try.
