Spacious room with hot tub in bedroom. Good location for walking into town. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing place, beautifully maintained, fantastic views, top notch. Quiet and peaceful area, so good nights sleep

It is a modern functional building in a low-rise mall. Rooms are well-furnished and appointed. The hotel outsources all F&B including breakfast to local businesses. Quite unusual, but it works pretty well as they are all next door The front desk staff could not have been more helpful with winery, restaurant and transport advice and bookings.

Loved the location - view of the ocean, lots of lovely cafes nearby, right by the beach. We were in room 1, which was on the end downstairs and nice and quiet. Decent-sized, clean rooms. Loved the walk-in shower! The room had cutlery, utensils, crockery and microwave which was handy. Plenty of storage space. Easy parking. Bar and restaurant onsite so option for room service too. Would happily return!

The room was fabulous, staff really helpful, location was amazing, we had a jacuzzi in our room - perfect end to our day.

Our stay at this hotel was very positive because of the following: Great communication and seamless check in. We needed parking as well and this was arranged easily for us. The room was very spacious with comfortable bed and everything you needed for a good night stay. We also got to try the breakfast which was plentiful and very tasty. Should you are visiting Napier, this hotel is definitely worth to try.

The staff were friendly and helpful. After 6pm the main reception doors were closed so you had to go through the car park to enter the building which was a little bit annoying.

Great stay - friendly and welcoming owner and a very nice studio.
