"breakfast was ok, needed fresh fruit to be added. I felt safe inside the hotel but the parking lot was a concern. Big signs saying the hotel was not responsible for loss or stolen vehicles. The bed was wonderful! "

Don't get me wrong, this hotel is nice, and the location is great, but the prices are crazy high. TIP: Reserve your room so you can cancel and re-book. I reserved at $750, and re-booked two weeks later, it was $499. "

"The staff all are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. (One thing to note: the windows have plantation shutters, which does let in a bit of light at night even when closed. We always travel with our own travel black out curtains in cases like this.) "

"This was a return visit to Golden Haven, and it's a great go-to choice. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the property is in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to town. Nice extras behind the property: ping-pong table, bocce ball, cornhole, and bicycles. The office staff is always friendly. I'd suggest water bottles in the room as Napa water (not just at this facility) is not the best tasting, but there is a water filtration station near the office. Look forward to our next visit. "We had 3 people in the room. The room was beautiful with the bedroom and living area plus a kitchenette. The bathroom was huge! Too bad the shower doors weren't frosted glass so more than one person could be in the bathroom. Someone in the room next to us was smoking on the patio so we had to close the balcony doors . We did not eat in any of the resturants. And did not get to use the pool since it rained so much."
