Reviewing the cost compared to other hotels -you can pay the same price with free access to their pools -Hilton Chester will lose our business if their prices do not remain competitive for the services offered"

"Tv remote did not work. Breakfast supplies not replenished for quite a time after a large group consumed most of them. Room service failed to make up bed or replace used coffee cups. Who knows what else they failed to clean. Room generally felt tired."

"Struggled to get in and out the bath to have a shower as there was no handrail - I felt very unsafe. Even if there had been an additional non-slip mat available to go into the bath it would have helped. Apart from that the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was perfectly fine. Impressed that there was an iron and ironing board in there and I didnt gave to ask for one. Sound proofing not quite so good as I could here next door room late into the night. I would stay again but ask for a room with stand alone shower"

Room smelt odd, windows were open but it didn't smell pleasant at all.No coffee pod machine especially for a higher end priced room. Cows milk, non-dairy options? Sink & shower screen had black build and limescale, see photos, requires cleaning, unhygienic & under bath tap, dirty toilet brush holder base.Jo in the Spa was excellent, very well presented very welcoming, very friendly & helpful, professional & a credit.Rebecca front of house, excellent, very smartly dressed, professional, extremely polite & courteous. Great service, another gem.Hannah at breakfast was lovely, super coffee, very polite, friendly, efficient & professional.Very well presented & friendly.Luis on the bar, lovely guy, a very gifted barman, extremely polite & attentive, a credit.Helen & Collettee @ breakfast, very loudly spoken, very noisy clearing tables.
