"I had a very pleasant stay at the Red Lion in Boise. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, but what really stood out was the exceptional service at the front desk. The South African lady who checked me in was absolutely wonderful. I unfortunately don’t remember her name, but her kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made a lasting impression. After a long day of travel, being greeted by someone so friendly and welcoming made all the difference. She took the time to answer my questions, offered helpful local recommendations, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation."
