breakfast very $$$ & half the items were cold shuttle bus left without us when they knew what flight we arrived on they did help us with a reservation for the wrong date but they weren't even close to being full so that should have been easy beautiful rooms and property

We always stay here when in transit through Nairobi. This wasnt our best stay as unfortunately our room was right next to the door that opened on to the lift landing and the door kept banging all through the night. Also the bar had run out of ice which we weren't told when we ordered our "warm" cocktails. ...
