"The staff members were kind and helpful. When I needed an adapter, they were quick to loan me one. The front desk even brought my WOLT delivery directly to my room so that my pizza would not get cold. Breakfast was excellent. The room was small and some of the light fixtures didn't work properly. Also, it can get a bit noisy due to the activity outside but that's to be expected in a centrally located hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would stay there again the next time that I visit Jerusalem. "

"I was very happy with these accommodations. They were clean, and the staff was so helpful and pleasant! If I needed anything, I had it literally within minutes. It is not a traditional hotel (no front desk reception, but instead there is a person to contact via What’s App who is responsive and answers immediately). There are beautiful rooms to stay in, right across from Mamilla. Excellent location, and the price is significantly less expensive than the other hotels in the area. I highly recommend."

"The hotel is directly across the street from the Great Synagogue in Jerusalem. Super convenient for the holidays. They offer meals for all of the holiday days.Shabbat elevators. Kosher. Services in the hotel itself if you don’t want to go across the street. They provided the Yahrzeit candle that I let for my parents."
