The staff where a great help ,even when inconvenient, the room was pretty clean ,cleaned most days ,shower was great older type fridge but handy ,TV aerial cable was too short just watched YouTube on my phone internet was great

A very nice hotel with staff who are very eager to help each and every guest. A very well situated hotel close the Old City of Jerusalem at an affordable price. They made me a very healthy tasty breakfast.

Our stay at the New Capital Hotel was wonderful, especially given the situation of the conflict. The staff were very thoughtful and kind, provided wonderful food and support. The location close to the old city is also perfect.

Great Location
Great Location, easy to walk to the old city. Only 10 minutes walk to the tram stop. Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast is varied with a good selection of foods. Free water and coffee all day. Staff are polite and helpful. We would choose this hotel again.
