"old building probably taking over a defunct biz hotel or an apartment no major renovation, using old facility, but clearly maintained WiFi is fast but intermittently stopped location is right in front of sex houses no front desk staff"

"Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID. The toilet was very nice, the shower was not. Water pressure was terrible. I didn't realize this place was in the heart of soapland. Stay at a different Mr. Kinjo. "
