"There was no hot water available in the bathroom! There was no one to attend to the issue, so we all had to have cold water bath, especially on a cold and wet winter morning. Also very poor lighting in the rooms."

"I was woken up at 6 in the morning, asking me to fill in the water as the water machine got burnt- this is just not acceptable . How would you expect someone to have a bath at 6am in the morning ? And over and above the room was noisy as well- there was some maintenance work at 1am in the morning "
