This hotel is so conveniently located right by the train station! Super clean and cozy! The staff were so friendly and respectful! They also have free bike rentals which was amazing!

長野駅から近く、場所も分かりやすい。 コンビニも直ぐ近くにあり、 ライブ遠征の為の宿泊でしたが、会場のホクト文化ホールへも徒歩でも行ける距離で、ライブ後のごはんにも駅から近く、駅周辺には沢山飲食店や飲み屋さんもあるので困りませんでした。 ベッドも広く、清潔で部屋も思ったより広くてよかったです。 スタッフさんの対応も丁寧、親切でした。 11時のレイトチェックアウトなのと、チェックイン前と、チェックイン後に荷物預けられるのもよかったです。

Property was a little outdated and the room seemed a little old but otherwise the stay was amazing and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The location was perfect and so convenient to get to the train station and town center.
