"We stopped over for 1 night on our way to TN. The hotel looked wonderful from the out side and was just as good inside. The girl on the desk was friendly and had us checked in very quickly. The lobby and breakfast area were super clean. Our room was great and spacious . The beds were comfortable and the bathroom too. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choices. Eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit and the usual breads, bagels and cereal and yogurt. We would definitely stay again. "

She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills and representation of Best Western. The breakfast staff were both very accomodating and personable. The maintenance gentlement was also very polite and willing to accommodate any needs that arised. We were very impressed with the room accomodations and cleaning services. The employees really restored my faith in customer service excellence still being a part of our society. Thank you all very much for your service.
