"No hot water "

"Came to support our service man, looked for weeks of reviews. Stayed the night across the road at the Hampton Inn. Also wasn't great, but here was better. You can take a look at that review as well. We didn't eat breakfast, cannot speak on that. We we placed right next to the elevator, was a kid crying nearby that we could hear clear as day as well. If we were not so tired I think it would've been a problem. Room was cleaner that the other across the way. Lots of places to eat nearby. Was just my partner and I. Every time you move in the bed or someone does the whole thing moves. Got ok sleep, brought our own bedding. When we left, it had rained all night and they had caution taped up around the entrance, didn't know what for but was unsettling wheeling my stuff to my vehicle. Thankfully not old or needed to have my car parked up to load, otherwise wouldn't have been able to."

"We came here to support our service member. If I had not have driven over 18 hrs I wouldn't have slept. I was placed by the elevator and was just me and another adult. There were kids screaming and crying all hours. The AC was load and had a metal sheet you couldn't move, which was raddling the whole night. Bed anytime you would move would move or partner. I looked for reviews for weeks around the area, which most bases aren't the greatest. That being said, also look at my review of the one across the street at almost the same price, at the time. Holiday inn was alittle better. If we have to come back, that is where we will be staying. Also want to add, this hotel had mold starting in the bathroom as well as a broken/ cracked window we noticed. Definitely scan the room and take pictures. That's what we did. We brought our own blankets and pillows, that was just preference. We also didn't eat the breakfast only because Hampton inns in past haven't been very good. We went to coffee shop down the road. Overall, wasn't the worst place I have stayed at but not the best for sure."

"We did indulge in the pool but we came at a time of the year were it’s probably not ideal to swim in a pool if it’s not heated but that didn’t stop my family from trying it out because it was a beautiful and perfect pool. :)"

"Clean room. Old furniture. TV is horrible. Parking is excellent. Surrounding places to eat is excellent. "

"The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The rooms were dated but decent. The indoor pool was cold and the breakfast was sub par. The lobby was updated but the scent was a bit overpowering. 4 stars because of the staff. It's not the Ritz Carlton but for a good place to rest it does it's job. "
