Unfortunate

Terrible experience at this hotel. Staff, incredibly rude. I travel to Myrtle beach several times a year and have never been more disappointed. 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for 3 people, no replacement towels. No toilet paper. No cleaning supplies. The staff were rude and disrespectful. The crew at the hotel worked as if they absolutely hated their job. I had two friends (a nurse practitioner and a teacher) accompany me who haven't been down south in 20 years. The best part of being south is the kindness and respect of the individuals who live there. It is like nothing you will ever experience. Not at this hotel. It is with great regret we will never entertain the idea of revisiting this hotel.
