Beautiful property and they upgraded me to a suite which was so nice. Very stylish and spacious and a perfect location near the port to save on taxi fees. I only stayed one night between my flight arriving and getting a ferry the next day, but ir would have been very lovely to stay longer.and enjoy such a gorgeous place.
One slight negative point was that there was no reception desk (under construction) and I struggled to get phone signal to contact the posted number which was a bit scary alone...

Mykonos has changed since we last visited in 2012. This hotel is ideally sited for the airport but it's only a 20 minute walk into Mykonos Town. There is also the local buses which stop right outside the hotel.The owners are lovely people from collecting us at the port, to giving us help and advice, to dropping us off at the airport.

George was an outstanding host - he collected us from the port and gave us an hour sightseeing tour of the island before taking us to our accommodation. He surprised us with an upgrade and the suite we had was fantastic in every way. Very comfortable with everything you could want.Balcony with lovely views.Property is not far from the beach or amenities. Would thoroughly recommend.

An amazing stay, there's nothing not to like. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is free transport to the port which was very useful. The hotel and staff were excellent and did try to accommodate my food choices (I’m vegan ). Generally I think more vegan options could be made available now we are in 2024 and vegans are more common. Even non vegans choose plant based sometimes. Anyway the hotel was lovely. We did feel under pressure to leave at 11am precisely at check out time but did appreciate the lift to the port area. I would recommend this hotel highly however.

A beautiful property in a great location with a super friendly and helpful host. Very quiet. Lovely facilities and amenities. We were brought a very extensive breakfast to our room each morning in a basket. We had a wonderful stay. We would definitely go back.

Hotel is lovely with great views of Mykonos. And very close to the centre. Very friendly staff like most Greeks. There are steep steps to enter so probably not one for people with mobility issues
Mykonos itself, although lovely visually, is a bit of a tourist trap for food. The restaurants are mostly catfish and 2 to 3x the price with half the quality of traditional greek tavernas.
Be aware of this.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at The Semeli and I was equally impressed this as last time. The breakfast is amazing and is available till midday so if you’ve had a heavy night or just want a lazy lie in then you don’t have to jump out of bed at the crack of dawn. The bed was super cozy. We had a jacuzzi in our room which was great fun. 5* all round from us!
