Jacuzzi provided outside the room doesn't work and despite waiting and waiting for maintenance, nobody ever appeared. Frankly no one cared! Kostas was particularly rude. Access at night is very difficult from the town. Guests pooled together to make arrangements when the hotel said they could do nothing. Private transfer to the airport carried another person from the hotel as well...."
