And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy."

"We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property). The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view. "
