"Modern and compact"

"Check in was easy. The lobby is very large and has a coffee station, a snack bar where you could purchase chips and drinks to bring back to your room. Next to this is a restaurant where we had dinner. It was very nice overlooking one of the many canals. Our room was on a high floor. It is a very busy and noisy area with all of the boats and cars passing by. There were ear plugs on our nightstands to drown out the noise just in case. It did not bother us city folk lol. The room was clean and had everything you could need including an iron and ironing board. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were here for a cruise and they had a shuttle to the port for a small fee. I would definitely stay here again."

"They need to improve check in, the room was not ready at 4p. I tried to check in at 12p and 4p, my room was not ready until 445p and others were waiting as well. Upon checking out they did not provide a receipt stated I would get it later after the room was cleaned. I still haven’t received a receipt. They also put a $500 additional hold with the total I paid. Valet is $75 and self parking is $69. There is not any other overnight parking close by. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. "

"Pros: Hotel is in a great location and parking is available across the street for $20 a day. Cons: Room was a little dirty (hair in the shower), staff was so-so, hotel is definitely dated. Overall: You definitely get what you pay for (cheapest in downtown)"

"The whole stay was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and with a great view , only thing that seemed to be a bit bothering us was smell coming from toilet , even tho it was all clean . Other then that beautifully spent week in the apartment."
