"I thought about gatekeeping this hotel, but my fiancee told me to be nice. This was the best stay I have had at a hotel in a long time. The hotel is gorgeous and has great energy to it that is definitely provided by the atmosphere and very kind staff. Rooms are clean and simplistic in style, but provide everything that you need for a cozy stay. The only negative thing I can even think to say is that the shower head was clogged a little bit and made water spray in every which direction- but was still able to bathe- amen!? We will definitely be back. "

"Staff was very friendly and the room, even though not ready on arrival (I came in around 2pm), was very clean and had an amazing view. All service received was top-notch, and the breakfast buffet at Ole is definitely worth the add-on. Finally, the spa was very relaxing and the raindrop massage was amazing!. Truly an awesome stay all-around!"

"Room was great. Your customer service rep Silveria.M. Is absolutely fabulous. My sister and I are handicapped and she was so very,very helpful in getting us to our room and through checkout. She even got us a very spacious car for transport to our cruise port. I’ve never had such wonderful compassionate assistance. She is a GEM ."
