"Expedia Hotel Review – Family Stay We had an amazing family stay in Venice. We were traveling with two children, and after an 8-hour flight delay, we arrived at 2:00 AM. Despite the late hour, the staff welcomed us warmly and could not have been more accommodating, which meant so much after a long travel day. When we left just two days later at 6:00 AM, the hotel again went above and beyond by preparing breakfast to go and kindly seeing us off. These thoughtful touches made traveling with kids so much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family of four. The location is unbeatable — steps from the Rialto Bridge and right next to the water bus, making Venice easy and stress-free to navigate. This was our favorite stay of our entire trip through Europe. The front desk staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could and highly recommend it to families visiting "

"Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything we needed. Our room was spacious, warm, and very cozy, beds were so comfortable, making it a pleasure to relax in. The restaurant staff did a wonderful job looking after us at breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a top-class Christmas evening dinner where both the food and service were outstanding. The spa facilities were also excellent — a lovely, compact space that felt very calm and relaxing, especially as we had it almost to ourselves. I would happily stay here again."
