Easy enough. Good hotel if you need something close to the airport. We were able to walk there with our bags with ease. Staff was nice and spoke English.

This is great for an overnight stay just prior to catching a plane. It is near the airport. It has very basic, clean accommodations. No refrigerator or coffee supplies. Staffing for reception begins at 2pm. Sometimes it was hard to find anyone when we had questions. READ THEIR EMAILS because check-in should be done in advance. Staff was helpful arranging a shuttle to the airport. It fit our needs for a brief overnight stay.

Very comfortable bed, the manager waited me for check in. Better than virtual key . Also offered breakfast even I woke up at4:00 am heading to airport, the breakfast was ready. Thanks for the hotel manager.

Pros: Very close to the airport (one bus stop or 20 min walk) Easy to get by bus from Venice Room was ready earlier than check in time Light breakfast was prepared for me at 4am (my flight was early morning) Good overall service.

Checked into room and found it was not up to usual hotel cleanliness standards. Bed was not done properly, mattress was smelling like body odor, washroom was not properly cleaned. We did not stay overnight in the room and checked into another hotel which was much cleaner and the cleanliness was up to hotel standards. The staff were not at the Front Desk nor any House Keeping staff. Room keys were left out on a table by vending machines with registration sheets. Did not feel secure.

Room was very nice, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good. And, there is a very nice fast food restaurant to the right side of the hotel, called Pizzeria Amici (Pizza & Kebab). Great food, and very good prices, friendly staff.

Its a good property near airport. Clean , free coffee and some snacks too . Quite impressive as a transit hotel . We requested for cab transfer to airport as we had early morning flight. Price was 15 euro . You can also walk to the airport (25mins walk) .

very useful for stays around Venice Marco Polo airport, I had a flight land at 2am and it was a quick 15 min walk from the terminal to the hotel, where I was able to check in easily at that hour

25 minute walk from the airport makes this simple clean bedroom stop over perfect for the overnight stop. Breakfast is a few cakes and a coffee machine in a reception area is all you get for breakfast. The reception is unmanned and a little teasy when disturbed from what ever they are doing. The hotel is above the restaurant for pizza and pasta so convenient for food on an evening Was value for money. It’s clean tidy and quiet.

More of a hostel than a hotel. Very basic but satisfactory for a night. A basic breakfast is available and the is a cafe just 100 meters to the right towards airport.

This is a great place to stay the night before your plane leaves especially if you have no car. The walk to the airport is only 1 mile or there is a bus. The room was spotless. Roberto the manager was incredibly helpful and delightful. I only gave it a 3 for condition as it is an old building and there is nothing of interest around it. The restaurant below the hotel hotel, Ai Quadrante, is very good. I would definitely stay there again if I had an early morning flight.

To describe this as basic is being unjust to the word basic. More akin to a hostel than hotel, every expense has been spared, and then some. Sink cracked, goodness knows what was around the tap, even the coat hangers were dirty.

For a one night stay close to the airport this is perfectly acceptable. Bed was comfortable, shower very good and air conditioning on a warm night kept us cool. The price was about a quarter of what we were quoted at the Courtyard by Marriott 200 yards away. The airport is walkable , just depends how much luggage you have and how hot it is.
