"Phone cord kept falling out and front desk answered but could not hear you and hung up. All bulbs but one at vanity were unscrewed. Had to stand on a drawer to tighten bulbs to get light. Wouldnt staff have noted that? Sink drain broken. Bed clean. Keep your shoes on. "

"Staff are very friendly. The hotel and rooms are clean and well kept up. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The breakfast lady does a fabulous job at her job. Honestly, one of the best I have seen. "

"Very nice hotel. Quick check-in. Can't wait to visit in the summer, beautiful outdoor seating area and looks like a nice walking path behind it. Close to some good shopping and eating area. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer we were really looking forward to a fun stay with a pool day only if the area was a little cleaner. Luckily our toddler enjoyed it! "

"Fitness center had broken treadmill--I was notified upon arrival, however, it was an inconvenience. Coffee for coffeemaker in room was not replenished. Kurig style coffee maker would be nice. Room was clean. Facility was ok, but showing some age. No variety for breakfast."
