"The hotel was very comfortable. We only stayed for one night after we landed in Delhi but wished we were here for longer. The room was spectacular. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. They arranged a car to collect us from the airport but there was a communication issue and the car didn't come, the problem was very quickly sorted and a taxi was arranged for us immediately and covered in full by the hotel. The manager even came to find us and apologise personally for the inconvenience. Problems happen occasionally, however it was handled so well and professionally it didn't even matter in the end. Highly recommend this hotel"
