Great location.Breakfast great. Staff helpful and efficient. Impeccable service. Room standard excellent and cool when walked in from the hot weather. Best hotel shower ever had too. We would definitely stay there again.

On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...

Third stay at this hotel, and once again couldn’t fault it. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast comes with a nice selection of cereals, yoghurts, breads, and cuts of meat and cheese, which is all very good. This hotel will always be my first choice when staying in Munich. Will hopefully be back soon.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. Staff were very welcoming.

Lovely southern German style authentic local hotel - brilliant customer service, nice clean & comfortable rooms, amazing breakfast, free shuttle across local area / to subway - i will certainly stay there again if the chance arises! Shame I didn't get time to try out the spa facilities - next time!

Fabulous hotel. Friendly and helpful staff

Good hotel in the sense of room standard, comfy bed, good housekeeping and great breakfast. 5/7 mins from Munich Hbf and 15 min stroll to Old Town. Surrounding area is not great albeit not unsafe, so options at night near the hotel as limited, but if you want to use as a base for venturing outside Munich (used train for days in Nurmburg and Salzburg) then hard to fault in the round. If i was travelling back to Munich i would have no hesitation about staying here again.

It was such a nice and spacious room and the staff was so polite and accommodating would definitely recommend.

This is an absolutely amazing world-class hotel, everything is first-class - rooms are extremely comfortable with a typical German high-tech touch - you don't even have to pick up the phone to order room service, there is an iPad for that and the heated floor at the bathroom just makes you stay there for ever, latest TV HD technology, everything very impressing. The place is amazing. Room is clean and well decorated. There is a tram in front of the hotel so it's really convenient to travel around

The hotel is very good. The area is nice but untidy. The gauntlet of smokers hanging around the front door is not pleasant.

As a family of 5, I chose Harry's Home for the 2 bed apartment that was available and we were not disappointed. I had requested a high room with minimum rail/road noise and we were located in a front facing apartment on the top floor (534). It was newly decorated/furnished, immaculately clean, spacious ( 2 bathrooms!) and more than comfortable for our 3 night stay.
