Great Service and fantastic room, could potentially add chairs on the balcony though. There's is a subway nearby, tram and bus close as well. Fantastic pool and gym area

Lifts need an update
The lifts are small and poorly programmed. During peak hour it can be almost imposssible to get in a lift unless you are on top 21 or 22. Imaging having 10 lifts come to your floor all full. Or being in a lift and it stops eveey level from 19 to 5. A bit of a problem.

Stayed in a suite and recommend it for 3+ people. Plenty of bathrooms and a kitchen make it an excellent choice for a group. Also very private which was excellent during Oktoberfest.
