I was lucky to find this booking. The hotel is centrally located in Dubai, with everything close by. The room was very clean, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Housekeeping cleaned my room every day without me even having to ask. I will definitely book this hotel again in August. Keep up the great work!

Room was neglected and dated, bathroom paintwork terrible, mould on the ceiling and general lack of cleanliness, towels beyond life time.....one of co-workers had even a cockroach in her bathroom. Electrical sockets not existing in the room except one which had to be used for everything. TV not working...too many issues to list. Hotel should be down graded to a 2star place.....Definity a let down will not return.

Hotel boasts of great facilities and views however it is very run down and in need of renovations. The pictures of the hotel need to be updated to current conditions. The pool and spar were in unacceptable conditions. I did not have a good experience at this hotel.

Une maintenance générale s’impose de toute urgence

L’hôtel mérite un entretient total: des rideaux, a la peinture, en passant par les mitigeurs de douche (cassé). Le balcon était sale, le tapis de la chambre aussi, bref pas la hauteur du prix.

Terrible hotel, service was extremely poor, partying all through the night and the hotel not prepared to do anything about it. No hot water for shower or bath. Room hardly cleaned, old and tired hotel. Not worth the money

Have been staying at this property for many years but this time was extremely disappointing. For starters the room had cockroaches, the housekeeping told me that their was a towel shortage and they can’t give more than one towel per room, the manager was extremely rude. I had to check out before my departure date due to an emergency and they refused to refund me the balance even though Expedia had spoken to them on phone and approved. Highly disappointed and will never ever stay with them.
