Approach to the hotel is terrible and hotel premises is stinking as our room was next to kitchen. Anyways not worth for money we paid for a room over Rs. 4k

Such a bad experience with hotel staff and upper management. It started with day 1, we were moved to Fab Express Garden Park hotel because there was power outage in the hotel we booked. We agreed to move since we did not have any other option. It has been raining and there was no electricity and any other amenities from last two days. We asked the management to move back to the original booking (Fab Hotel Embassy Park), the manager is first of all is so rude and says to checkout at particular time else they would not accept the move. Due to heavy rains it is so difficult to even step out of the hotel. We have some important meetings to attend which cannot be missed at any cost, but the management does not value any of it. We found out from the hotel staff that there has been water clogging issues in the past with the hotel we were still allocated here in heavy rains. Very rude senior executive, It has been such an inconvenience and the management does not give a holy .Very disappointing. Never recommend to anyone.

Very dirty street on which hotel is located at . Hotel experience was bad too . Food wasn’t good . There wasn’t any choice in breakfast they just gave whatever they made on that day . Toiletries wasn’t provided .

Nice hotel near US consulate ; staff is pleasing, but beds are too small to accomodate 2 people properly. While booking the hotel, I was told that they have rooms with king size bed but the beds are smaller or equivalent to double size bed and hardly can fit to 2 adults and an infant child.

Location of the place is odd. The narrow road leading to this place has a bar restaurant. Don't feel safe to walk around in the late evening. Interior and staff was good.

The hotel is not really a hotel, it is a very small apartment inside of a commercial building on a very small road. It was very difficult to locate it. The room is very small. Food is very pricey.

Very good place to stay in BKC for US VAC and consulate appointments. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive. The food is good.

Mostly this hotel chosen by the people who are coming for US VISA/any visa formalities. If you are coming for the interview then the hotel location is very perfect within the price range. Room size is OK. I have not tried the meal but breakfast was OK. You can find MacD, Burger king and other small restaurants in 500 metres range. One Gen. store+Photocopy+ Print shoppe is there just oppo. to hotel which was very helpful for me.

I donot recommend this hotel
I had mentioned early check in at the time of hotel booking. So when i reached the hotel early, the manager at the counter refused availability of any room to accomodate early checkin. He imstead charged me Rs. 500 for early checkin and now suddenly the room was available. I was never given receipt for this Rs. 500. It is very disappointing experience.

Last minute adjustments
Had booked a room at this hotel through Expedia since it was very close to the US consulate at BKC. After reaching the hotel, I was told there was no reservation under my name. The receptionist asked me to call up fabhotel helpline and the representative told me that my booking was cancelled. He directed me to another person after I asked him for a reason and before I could speak, they cut my call. This was very rude and unprofessional. Apparently I wasnt told that completing the payment while booking a room "confirms" the reservation. I would advise to complete the payment prior to your travel to the hotel and not choose the option to pay at the hotel after completing your stay. Fortunately the owner was kind to accommodate us in another hotel of his.

Hard to find, noisy due to construction work
We got difficult to find the hotel, as it's not on a main road. A lot of mosquitoes and noisy construction going on. Room cleaning won't be done, if you don't request to do it. Breakfast is in room, limited and late.

Visit to Mumbai for consulate work
The hotel entrance has a very shabby and dingy look which is not clear from the photos on the website. The rooms in the hotel are probably the smallest I have ever lived in. The bathrooms are really tiny, with sliding doors that never shut completely. Do not order from the hotel menu, as they do not have a kitchen and probably order from the restaurant next door. They charges a lot more. You can walk to the restaurant or carry-out at much lower price. The location is prime, since it is by the main road and very close to the consulates. The service staff was good. I do not think it is worth 3 stars. In this case pictures are not worth 1000 words.

The room was fine and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the walls were incredibly thin so i could hear every door opening and closing in the whole hotel. Noise from the street was constant, not helped by the ongoing construction work which seemed to begin at 5am every day. For a budget hotel it was fine, but i won't be rushing back.

This was my worst hotel stay till date. The staff has zero patience and is ready to fight with guests all the time. Expedia had checkout time at noon however when we reached the hotel it was 11 am. The receptionist claims to be the manager of the hotel and does not let you speak to the manager. When we checked out the receptionist called me and told me there was unpaid balance for purchases we did not make. Upon confronting on giving us proof that we made the purchase she started abusing me and threatening on phone. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone this hotel. Hotel rooms were okay but were full of mosquitoes which made the stay even worse.

I went on 11 FEB, 2017. First of all I can't find hotel because there is a NO sign out side road. I went with my family. I booked for 3 Person and I paid room rate for 3 person. I booked thru Expedia. When i reach to hotel room there is only one double bed. I asked staff that i paid for 3 person how we can fit in one bed. They did not give any reply. There is NO space for extra bed in the room. Rooms are very very small like 8X8 room. Bathroom is very small too and Expedia web site says break fast start at 7 am and hotel staff says 830 am. I don't know who is right and wrong. Main road to hotel road is very bad, too many mosquitoes in the lobby and out side. Hotel photo on web site do not seem so. It is misleading to guest. Very Very bad experience.

Best for Visa Interview
This hotel location is at the best location who want to be for VISA interview. US VAC center is around 400m from hotel and Embassy is around 1.3km. We had very good experience over there and staff members are also very co-operative as specially when we request them for to store our luggage for time duration of Interview.

This is a brand new hotel just opened 2 weeks ago. Rooms are very nice if compare to the price. Walking distance to US consulate. Staff is very helpful but little immature. Rooms are nicely clean and very tidy. Very recommended place if your are coming for US visa interview..
