Many complaints from all guests on floor 2 were issued and the staff could not get them to leave or observe quiet hours. It ruined our night as our sleep was disrupted many times. This location needs a security guard. The kids were racing up and down the hall and pushed my friend when he was getting out take out. It’s was chaos. Like a hs pep rally, not a downtown hotel. Space was clean (before the kids, after that the hallways were lined w chips and wrappers), parking was easy, breakfast ok. "

"Property policy requires a photo copy of guests government ID. This puts guests at risk of identity theft. Guests who decline are refused check in. Drive way is in poor condition with severe pot holes."

"They charged extra for Breakfast, so we did not participate. Parking was self, it was ok."

"Breakfast was great. Everything was clean. Every staff interaction was positive. Room decor is a little tired. No fan in the bathroom. I specifically asked for housekeeping to come on our 3rd day to take out trash and refresh towels. I was assured they come daily (they hadn’t yet up to this point). When we returned at the end of the day, housekeeping has not come. Front desk person had someone come up promptly to take trash and give us new towels."

"We were there because it is right next to Albany Medical Center. They were extremely helpful. It was restful and provides a bit of sanity when you need it due to a family member that is going to the hospital for surgery. This is where you want to be."
