Great experience & is an awesome place for vacation Staff are very polite and doing a wonderful job.

A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next...

property was good in new condition n food was costly but very tasty...Car hire charges are very high...Otherwise , staff was very co-operative.

"An Enjoyable Stay in a Family-Friendly Hotel" Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family, booking three rooms in total. We unanimously agreed that it was a truly enjoyable experience. Firstly, the rooms were impressively spacious, allowing us ample space to relax and unwind after our daily excursions. Despite the building itself showing a bit of age, this in no way detracted from the comfort or functionality of our accommodations. One of the standout...

Room beautiful, lovely balcony, exceptional staff

.

Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a delightful hotel in every way and the terrace pool is nice too.

Excellant location. And courtesy filled persons as Taj is always known for. Good food too

Upon arrival, I was greeted by wonderful staff. Food was great, room was perfect. Beautiful hotel, well decorated and designed. The staff are genuine and really care about their guests. Perfect airport transfer service too. Stay here!

The stay was really great. The staff was super helpful. We were travelling with a baby and they were understanding and accommodating to all our requests! The restaurant staff even played with her allowing us to eat. The food was really taste and the spread for breakfast and dinner was expansive and tasty irrespective of the type of cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Very friendly staff, great location with great walkability. Very nicely kept old mansion. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were very clean!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful with advice on outstation taxi services. Close location to Fort Kochi

Standard room was not good. I changed to different room. Staffs were excellent and very cooperative and accommodating us very well. Good location near Marine Drive. But too far from the airport.
