"It is a newer hotel in the area, and the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay. "This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The facility was modern, with clean and excellent craftsmanship in lobby and all rooms! All the spaces were immaculate and beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was of excellent taste and variety. The Cassava restaurant had traditional Kerala cuisine which was delicious. Most importantly all the staff were friendly, courteous and professional; always ready to help! Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"
