"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luxury stay with an excellent family-friendly breakfast We had a wonderful vacation stay at Novotel Kochi Infopark. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families. The property feels premium, calm, and well maintained. The morning buffet breakfast was a highlight — a lavish spread with fresh South Indian favorites, live dosa and egg counters, continental options, fresh fruits, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was high quality, hygienic, and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and very helpful, especially with children. The dining area was spacious and relaxed, making breakfast enjoyable even during peak hours. Overall, a refined luxury experience with warm hospitality and great food. Highly recommended for families and vacation stays."

Sarif and his team made sure the best delicacies were served. Had a chance to thank the chef and the restaurant manager for the great food quality!! Though Hotels.com couldn’t reach the hotel, Mr. Shekar Nigam at the front desk handled it smoothly and charged me only for one night. Really appreciate the gesture.
