"Was in a garden room which was fine but room was a cold, however oil filled heater was in the cupboard. Room was clean and en suite was spacious. Food was very expensive but no better than a home cooked meal. "

Not a huge sum of money obviously, but given that few people arrive on foot these days, it should have been included up front, in the room rate, not hidden somewhere in the small print."
