Coul House is an exceptional choice for a relaxing stay, with the accessibility to Highlands! We were able to visit the Isle of Skye and several other great attractions. This is an excellent property with an immaculate renovation of rooms for a structure built in the 1800's. All modern conveniences are present, yet the aura of the historic building is preserved. The food is incredible,on par with Michelin restaurants where we dined in the past. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The garden and surrounding vistas are enchanting. I would definitely rate this hotel the highest rating.

The most wonderful stay of our 3 week visit to England, Scotland and Ireland! The owners (they work there everyday) are delightful people, warm and gracious! They have been on a 20 year mission to lovingly upgrade the Grand Dame of Scotland and are succeeding! The Coul House is THE best value for what you get in return. The gardens are lovely, the Fairy Trails delightful, the food, drinks and service spectacular! Our room was well appointed, clean and thoughtfully decorated The Highlands of Scotland are not to be missed! Inverness is a wonderful town just 20 minutes away. We love the Coul House and look forward to our return! Bravo!

This hotel is a quite hotel in the country. We absolutely loved the location. There is a Restraunt downstairs that typically can accommodate guest as well as a bar and large dog friendly yard. We loved all the dogs roaming around. The hotel is a historic style hotel and we would love to return in the winter to see the fireplace going! The owner waited on us a few times and we very kind and courteous. The price is reasonable as well. Overall great experience.
