"The room was much larger than I expected - for Japan. There was a little kitchen/dining room area. The bedroom included 5 beds - with 2 as bunk beds, and a little table with a built in L-shaped couch. There was a large walk in closet. The washer included in our room was pleasantly a clothes dryer, too. Detergent was provided by the hotel. Free drinks were in the lobby along with a full array of various toiletries for the taking in the lobby for guests. Lawsons was downstairs. It was an 8 min walk to Namba station which connected to anywhere we needed to go. "

"New Hotel Otani Osaka was an absolutely great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. They were very accommodating and the room cleaning personal were too kind and helpful as well. Overall we really loved our stay at this hotel for 8days. Would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends visiting Osaka. "
