They assisted me with the switch and gave me a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Very pleased with their prompt and professional response to this issue."

"There’s black mold all over the windowsills and I even took pictures. The card keys don’t work so every time you need to go up in the elevator and every time you need to get in your room, you have to go to the front desk and physically have the person from the front desk. Let you up the elevator walk you down the hall and let you in your room every single time. The only good thing is that it provide provided breakfast."
