"I had checked in for Two nights and left the next morning due to a family emergency and still had to pay for the second night even though I left way before regular check out time of 11am"

"I have traveled the world and I have never stayed in a hotel where when the outside temperature was 40° and the hotel had turned the heat off for the season. This was early April in southeastern Pennsylvania, a time when these temperatures are typical. When I asked the manager about fixing my thermostat, he said “but it’s almost 50!” As if this was some kind of answer. They did not offer to provide me with a space heater, or any other suggestion, simply mentioned that there should be an extra blanket in the bottom of the chest of drawers. I find this to be a poorly equipped hotel room, a bit rundown, and the responses from the management were entirely inadequate. I will not stay here ever again, and I would be careful if you stay there in either spring or fall when temperatures are liable to fall below 70 degrees. Or check before you go that they have the heat or the AC on as appropriate. I expected much better considering the lovely local area."

"Friendly and helpful staff. After I checked in I noticed there were some mechanical issues in my room. They sent engineering immediately and ended up having to switch rooms. They assisted me with the switch and gave me a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Very pleased with their prompt and professional response to this issue."

"There’s black mold all over the windowsills and I even took pictures. The card keys don’t work so every time you need to go up in the elevator and every time you need to get in your room, you have to go to the front desk and physically have the person from the front desk. Let you up the elevator walk you down the hall and let you in your room every single time. The only good thing is that it provide provided breakfast."
