You are right the receptionist needs more training and we are working with her to have her ready for any issue. We apologies for the breakfast, we do have good items available and we are sorry if we did not put them out on time. No smoking is allowed, but we can only try to control our guest. Unfortunately there is people who doesn't follow the rules and we can only control the interior of the Hotel. Who ever don't over the rules gets charge, but they damage the Hotel with the smell.
