"Staff were great on reception however the room was beyond warm with minimal air flow from the air conditioning. Overall was clean but areas around the bathroom and air vents were dirty. Modern TV with streaming capabilities and iron in the room were a good addition."

"Couldn’t recommend this place more, perfect central location, very clean and really friendly helpful staff. Our room was perfect for everything we needed, and great value for money. Early check-in for a fee, and additional cost for breakfast. The only real downside was that were no openable windows, and the AC did not work too well, so some fresh air would’ve been perfect. Also, unsure if all rooms are like this or not but it appeared to be an accessible room (not a problem), though bathroom facilities were all quite low down so had to crouch to use sink/mirror, but again not a massive issue so didn’t feel the need to complain. Bathroom could do with more storage space. Otherwise, absolutely perfect stay."

"I was given a free breakfast because there had been a bit of an issue with the room heater when I stayed last Friday. Then I stayed again on Sunday night and the staff provided me with a breakfast even though I was late and arrived after the cut off time. Full marks to the staff of the Sandy Ford."
