The house is amazing, elegant decoration and warm Lodge. They have a private hot spa and the environment follows Japanese spa style. All elements tell you you are on holiday and are free here. Anthony is a nice masterchief and every dish made by him is such delicious! I can tell the oyster they got is the best I have ever taken. Strongly recommended!

Heather and Peter are great hosts and make you feel welcome and comfortable immediately. Room was very tastefully decorated and had everything required plus. Heather and Peter had lots of local knowledge about best sights and routes to take. The presence of the alpacas and sheep in the garden which you can feed gives the B&B a USP. Rikki Martin is also adorable!!

Very tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished accommodation with lovely views out over Lake Taupo. The suite had everything we needed and more. Lots of lovely little touches. Breakfast was excellent. Liz and Steve were very welcoming hosts and we would not hesitate to recommend Belle Vue. We shall certainly stay here again if we come back to Taupo.

We spent three nights at the Lodge. It is an excellent base for exploring Tongariro. Our room was very comfortable and the lodge had a laundry and drying room. Breakfasts were very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay. Ps. make sure you meet Lucky, a very friendly feline who befriended us 😻

Very pleasant check in and the room was spacious and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable so great to sit and enjoy it. Good kitchen area and fridge with milk was a nice touch. Easy 20 min walk into town. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Very nice property and helpful staff at check in. The bed was very comfortable and the property was very clean. small issues, the toilet was constantly running and it would have been nice to have beer glasses.

Manowhenua Lodge was a great accommodation with great facilities that made it fun and feel homely. A big part of that was the service from Tracey too! She even lent me some hiking poles for my trek abd was so knowledgeable. This is the only accommodation I'd stay in, in National Park from now on. It was also great socially. 10/10

We stayed here for 2 nights in the luxury studio. We had stunning views out to the lake, great to enjoy from the balcony. Room was well equipped and had plenty of space. There was a regular pool and also a geo-thermally heated pool which was really relaxing and amazingly hot!! Hosts were really friendly and helpful with advising on activities to do whilst we were there. (would defientley recommend a kayak trip to see the mauri carvings). Nice stay for our overnight trip. Lovely hosts and evrything you need. Very clean and tidy. Nice views of the Lake and quiet area.

Everything was really good, staff, cleanliness parking etc. only stayed one night .

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was clean, modern and comfortable due to recent upgrades to the property. Allocated parking for each room. Walk to town 10-15 minutes where there is a great choice of restaurants.

Helpful staff excellent facilities and very clean

One night stay. The room was in good condition amd clean except for one dead cockroach by the front door. Facilities are good, and we slept well.
