"Very clean hotel. I loved how family orientated they were. I have to also say, I felt very safe there, the employees did rounds continously. There was also a family disagreement further down, but loud enough to hear and the staff were quick to stop it. Steam room was warm. Kids loved the water slide. Breakfast always had an attendant and things were always available 😋 easy access to main street and hwy 1."

"Self check-in easy. Only becomes an issue when you are disappointed with the apartment. The apartment itself was stunning! Classy looking finishes in bathroom and kitchen. Just disappointed to be staying in a lovely mountainside area without being to enjoy the view. I understand that not everyone can have a view. As you drive up and look around you get excited by the scenery. Walk into the apartments and looked straight into the back of a mountain! Up close. IF we had been somewhere with reception staff, we would have returned and asked for a different room. They certainly weren’t busy (mid Sep) and I’m sure there were apartments on the other side of the building that we could have been allocated and enjoyed the view. Great apartments aside from our biew"
